Hi Heather

Another great list. I particularly enjoyed Are You Managing Your Community or Is It Managing You. It spoke to something that, as you know, has been on my mind about the darker side of social media. I thought it was insightful and really well written.

And, Your VA is an essential part of your social networking strategy. I’m now sold on the idea. In fact, I’ve hired a VA, to begin with to manage my yet to be launched newsletter. She’s doing all the fabulous behind the scenes stuff so I can focus on content. SUCH a great investment!

Loved Lisa Barone’s post “Are you Managing Your Community”. It was exactly what I needed to read right now. The same with the “Great Designers are Spawned from Mediocrity”, which is a fantastic post about becoming better and sticking with it even when we’re not there yet. (Also, very timely!)

And if I wrote the post “Insanely Cool, Creative Workspaces”, I’d have called it: “A bunch of places that I wouldn’t get any work done.” haha My workspace would win awards for boringness but it’s productive (and that makes me profitable) so I’m not complaining.
