Again, I like Aaron's concept of zombie-killing. Pretty smart, Aaron, if you don't mind me saying so. Also, I enjoyed the Men with Pens article on consultants. James makes the great point of how freelancers can be cheapskate and want things for free. Yes, consulting rates are not cheap, but one of the reasons is the value-added benefit. I read an article just this week - sorry to say I now can't find it - that actually quantified it.
