For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:

<a href="http://www.gtdagenda.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.Gtdagenda.com</a>

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use

checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

Thanks so much for the link, Heather! Your summary of the post is dead-on.

The ideas in this post was a major turning point for me and has since helped me formulate a framework that focuses on momentum instead of systems. The book I'm working on will more clearly express the framework - I hope you'll take a look at it.

When I'm working with clients, they're often taken aback when the primary way we develop a system for them is that everything is driven by the mantra of "do what works (for you)." You might have some system that seems really byzantine to somebody else that's incredibly effective for you; while we might look at efficiency modifications, at the end of the day, it's better to integrate that system into a global workflow rather than come up with something else that may not work for you.

Again, thanks for extending the conversation!
