This is the great thing about technology. A few years ago if you were not on your employers intranet you could not do those tasks. I'm not a virtual assistant although I am an executive assistant . I handle the email similar to what your virtual assistant does. My managers' email is filed electronically and I have the same access that he does to his files on his computer. He was bogged down with email in a similar way and since we've partnered together he has moref reedom to work on more important things now unlike he has had in the past. This has freed up a lot of his time to work on projects and the like. It's actually a great feeling for me to be able to make that big of a difference in his work schedule. Thank you for sharing.
